DANIELLA GUIDO, graduated with a Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Sociology from York University. She went on to attend law school at the University of Leicester graduating with her Bachelor of Laws degree.

She completed her articles with a litigation boutique firm in Toronto and went onto to begin her practise working in association with prominent and experienced criminal defence lawyers.  She has represented clients charged with a wide array of regulatory and criminal allegations throughout York Region and the GTA. 

Daniella is committed to access to justice, inclusion and mental health advocacy.  She has represented numerous members of the Indigenous community and advocated for their interests in York Region and Simcoe County.  Daniella's practice is based in Newmarket and focuses on advocating for her client's best interests.  She has the proven ability to negotiate,  difficult and complex situations and help all parties come to a resolution that is favourable in the circumstances.  

Daniella has regularly appeared at all levels of court successfully defending individuals charged with all types of criminal allegations.  

Daniella is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Criminal Lawyers' Association,  Women in Canadian Criminal Defence, York Region Law Association, and Durham Region Law Association.
